Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our ongoing hospital construction project, with a specific focus on civil works, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and interior fit-outs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction project management, preferably in healthcare facilities, to ensure the timely project delivery with accurate budget, that conforms to the highest quality standards while coordinating effectively with all stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
Review construction plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Coordinate with engineers, contractors and vendors to resolve any discrepancies or design issues that arise during construction
Review and verify budgets, bills, and payments
Work closely with the finance team to ensure timely payment of invoices and accurate budget tracking
Monitor and supervise the construction work performed to ensure it meets project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
Be available at the project site to assess progress, identify any issues, and ensure that construction adheres to approved plans
Ensure that all construction work meets the company’s quality standards and complies with relevant building codes and regulations
Identify and address any defects or issues promptly to maintain high standards of construction
Prepare and submit regular progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, issues, and any variations from the project plan
Ensure that any changes in scope or unforeseen challenges are documented and communicated effectively
